This past weekend I needed a break from AZ. I wanted to just relax and hang out with my homies. My twinsies invited me to meet them at their cabin but after those plans fell through I booked it to St. Louis to see my homegirl Erica.  I went peach picking for the first time ever! I finally made it to  Crown Candy Kitchen!! I've been wanting to eat there since Erica told me it was on Diners, Dives, and Drive-ins. I went to the Alton Block Party ( it makes for a great story), and finally before I left we made it to the arcade where I showed Erica who's boss. Skeeball and air hockey baby, my secret talents. I had a great time, as per the usual, and I can't wait to visit again!

4th of July!

Sorry it has taken me so long to update! Still living the life in AZ.  I took a small break from work on the 4th of July to try and hit a beach in CA for the day. Won't lie, the weather was not awesome. Next time I'll make sure I pack my sweater. I was surprised to learn that there is this thing called "June Gloom" ( is that how you say it?)  in San Diego. Apparently  it takes a couple hours for it to warm up every day. Not sure if I love that since apparently I love to wake up to 100 degrees every day.  Special shout out to Rashizz for spending the day with me and taking me to Coronado! I am in love with that place! I definitely want to spend some more time there.
